Hundreds of Indigenous women go missing under suspicious circumstance every year in North America and Ashley Loring Heavy Runner wanted to do her part to help find the missing. But she would become a victim of the very thing that she wanted to help with.

It’s been nearly 5 years since Ashley disappeared from the Blackfeet Reservation in Browning, Montana. While the case remains open, there have been no new leads in Ashley’s case.
