William Henagan is one of three Marshall Scholars from UVA this year. He founded Greens to Grounds, an organization designed to provide fresh and inexpensive food options to UVA students. Further, he engages with social entrepreneurship as a Research Fellow for UVA’s Pay for Success Lab. Finally, I know him as a fellow Masters in Commerce Student.
William and I are both intrigued by business school. While it prepares you practically for your career, what value does it provide as you transition to managerial roles? How does entrepreneurial thinking play into this as well?
