Despite having no formal education, Danny Pham aka Dan King, was still able to become a serial entrepreneur. Then by chance, he stumbled upon real estate and is now actively assisting clients buy, sell and investing in residential real estate, as well as helping  entrepreneurs and business owners find their ideal location to start and open their businesses. 

Landlord and tenant representation can be challenging at times, but seeing the smiles on everyone’s face after a deal is complete inspires Dan to keep going and be his best for the next client. 

Dan also has a role with LoanDirect.us, a full-service real estate lending company that specializes in alternative financing solutions to help people invest in real estate.

Seeing the knowledge gap between seasoned real estate professional and those just getting started in the industry,  Dan is created his own coaching and mentorship platform with the hope to inspire and guide young entrepreneurs and real estate agents, and help them get to the “top”.
