There are 3 major changes coming with Evolution - it will be faster, more secure, and more simple to send to your friends and business partners:

1) Instant settlement - 1.3 second settlement is going to be the default. 

2) Private send is getting a big overhaul - easier, faster private transactions. Default of 4 and max of 16 mixing sessions, which makes Dash very secure.

3.1) Master nodes will have their keys split. Now you have 3 keys, 1 to control the node, 1 to run it, and 1 to vote. This allows for delegation of voting and running a node without losing control of the node and funds. It's like the valet key for your car! 

3.2) You can also split your master node rewards into 2, so you can automatically pay someone or give Dash out without additional transactions.

If blockchain technology is meant to change the world, and bitcoin (BTC) doesn't want to be a means of exchange, then there's a race for who earns the mantle of the king coin for payments! Dash is doing everything they can, through mass adoption efforts, to make it happen!
