Love this 'cast, love the energy the hosts bring to it!
Gonna miss Cody, but Natalie's Yeti pun was inspired! Need to get her pic on the website.
Believe it or, the hair vs metal is something I've wondered about for decades, but not being a molecular metallurgist Tyne answer evaded me. Then Natalie mentioned 'Waiting for something better'.
So here's a follow up idea, from an archeology teacher I'd in the '80s: glass.
Errett Callahan, an archeologist, experimented & figured out flintknapping-making knives out of stone & glass. The story I was told was that, when faced with open heart surgery, he agreed on the condition the surgeon use glass blades Callahan would make. It happened, and it turns out glass, while more frail, is a better tool for surgery that steel.
Glass razors, Natalie? You're...sharp... enuf to see the advantage there? Also, being so sharp, cutting yourself with glass isn't much of a PANE.
