I love the historical and social context that Jonathan gives to go along with each story, and also love dedicating episodes to independent bookstores!It's very different to listen to the adaptations of these stories than to read them, for sure. However, they're both very enjoyable experiences, and I love that this makes Lovecraft more accessible to those who might not enjoy reading his writing style.
