She is the co-founder of Untethered with her husband, Colby. They offer unique integration services with horses and partner with organizations worldwide to offer plant medicine experiences for individual growth initiatives.

In our conversation, we talk about Heather’s work in the corporate world as an executive coach who works with CEOs and corporate executives to help them reach their full potential as leaders.

We discuss how Heather left the corporate world and experienced ayahuasca which reconnected her to her passion for horses and drove her to create Untethered.
