In this episode, Grace reflects on lockdown with one of her best friends, Alex (@alexandertgage) who was meant to start rehearsals as an Angel in 'Kinky Boots' on the day lockdown started! Many of us, particularly within the Arts who will not be going back to work for a long time, may feel worried or uneasy about the sudden upheaval to regular life as we know it. This is totally normal. Life’s toughest challenges also provide the opportunity to come out of this mentally stronger! It is vital to remember the importance of positive reflection to help move forward and be aware of any rituals, discoveries or habits that could impact your life on the other side for the best.
