D20 Date Night takes a look at a beloved kid's movie through the lens of Dungeons and Dragons. We’ll identify the main characters and discuss which class(es) fits each best. We’ll review the overall goal(s) of the adventuring party, as well as the setbacks they encounter. We’ll examine their interactions with different NPCs and how these advance the story, and we will analyze the overall conflict and final resolution of the film. We’ll cover the encounters, whether those are combat, role-playing, or problem-solving. And, of course, we’ll spend some time on any magic items found in the film.
