D4 is one of the longer-running streamed actual plays of Dungeons and Dragons. The group, performers and cosplayers and long-time roleplayers, bring years of acting experience and focus on the storytelling and character acting. Years of episodes have built a long and deep backstory. Some of the biggest names in the AP space have guested on the show; the chronicles of D4 have threads found running in many other shows, tying them intimately to the lives of the modern pantheon of characters and players throughout the D&D streaming world. The production values are high, and the show has recently started their own Atlanta studio to produce all their content. It's one of the best D&D shows out there, and it's well worth your time to dig into the deep well of material.
