In today's episode, I sit down with my dear friend Elyzha Casaje, a senior college student at VCU, president of Richmond Bike Club, and more recently, founder of Silver Lining Newsletter and haver of fun. We talk about how the famous spiritual book, The Power of Now by Echart Tolle changed her course in life to live a more authentic life true to herself.  She shares vulnerable stories of overcoming insecurities and building the creative confidence one needs to bring forth their gifts.
