In this episode we will be exploring the concept of persistence from a trained High Fitness Instructor's experience. Persistence is often one of the hardest attributes to exhibit during difficult experiences because we typically want what we want when we want it. Often we struggle to get to the end of the challenge because we feel so incredibly frustrated throughout the process and we lack the patience to recognize that going through the grind can be the ultimate teacher and refiner.
