This week I talk about my latest Kambo ceremony on Aug. 5th in Brooklyn. It was the hardest one yet!!! I felt awful the whole time!!!

Before that story I share a little bit about my doom scrolling and how we need to get off our phones. It is not good for us, for society. It causes anxiety and depression. Reading the media and the news does not help either.

Then I also talked about why Kambo is illegal in Australia- it is a sad story but one that must be shared for awareness. I still believe in Kambo even after these stories. Like anything pretty much there is risk!
