"Ben puts a tremendous amount of work and care into his podcast, a true gem in the world of podcasts. He presents factual accounts with such great integrity and authenticity. He brings to life past dark tales whose facts as he says, "are often worse than fiction." If you love longer podcasts with a bit of history or something more, Ben will catch your ear first listen. "

"I love the details that Ben goes into and his take on the stories at the end. Even if skeptical, the topics covered are interesting and the research well done. I look forward to the new episodes and hope to hear many, many more!"

"The stories that are presented with this podcast are not only uniquely tailored to fit the genre presented but also are produced in a way that is not only an immensely accurate telling of facts but still holds onto the fantastic nature of what ever story is being told and truly highlights the story line and pertinent details with out being dry or heavy in any way. This along with the amazing work on the over all sound of the show, the music, and the "one on one" style of discussion at the end makes this show top of its class through out the many genres it falls into and is well worth a listen even if its not the type of show you normally go for."
