Ignorance of technology by the authority could potentially allow the proper authorities to wrongly judge suspect in hacking cases. That being said, I'm still holding my verdict whether Alberto was wrongly accused or not, despite that his life was ultimately changed after his incarceration.

Your story just adds to my drive to enter the infosec field. Too many innocent in the hacking works suffer due to ignorance, lack of professionalism, and especially identify theft, which includes framing by information. It's rage inducing. But thank you for telling your story.
