Challenges this week,monthly: 

1. Writing down 5 Affirmations for the week. Saying them at least every hour or every time you go into your bathroom. 

2. Posting Daily, Writing Daily, ETC. Be Consistent at something you've been struggling to do, get done, or need to be consistent in. 

3. Date yourself all February. A month of Black History and Self-Love.
