In this episode, we are joined by Charles Smith. Charles is the co-founder of Col8. Previously a design engineer at Dyson, Charles went on a journey into consulting at major institutions, and as a manager in IBM's Business StrategyTeam. Prior to Col8 Charles has managed multi-million-pound software programs in the secretive world of nuclear-powered submarines. Outside of work, Charles is a keen sportsperson spending, money hours backcountry skiing, enduro mountain biking, Iron Man, but more recently committing to a gruelling training schedule of ultramarathon and trail running.

This episode sees Charles and Tom discuss some of the problems with the use of video as it pertains to data privacy. They discuss some sectors which could be enhanced by more open use of video as a means of training and accountability and lots more.
