"Nobody has ever done anything else really like this before" In a move to make their platform safer and combat targeted marketing by companies, YouTube have decided to no longer allow comments on videos aimed at children. To learn more about this revolutionary action, Dermot and Dave chat to Adrian Weckler, Tech Editorfor the Irish and Sunday Independent. Adrian explains why a €150m fine by US regulators prompted the video-sharing powerhouse to make this decision, and reveals how this will put an end to a very sinister technique used by sexual predators watching teenage clothing reviews; "they were leaving comments with time stamps to see what part of the video they should be looking at". Catch Adrian's chat in full by pressing the play button on screen.
