David Batkins is an accomplished law enforcement officer who has enjoyed a lengthy career in the industry including being named as the Commander of the Baltimore Division for CSX Railroad In this role, David Batkins was tasked with covering parts of six states Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia Delaware, and New Jersey and Washington, DC David Batkins also served on the Virginia State Police Association's board of directors. He enjoyed the input which he had while serving in this role.
