We are being asked at this time to examine the subtle ways that we are still giving our power away. I’m grateful for my thermostat that supports me in feeling less reactive, triggered, irritable, overstimulated, stressed and instead more resilient, peaceful, neutral and curious. And even when I do get triggered or overwhelmed my recovery time is much shorter than it used to be. To break out the BOX, be ready to reshape your inner-CIRCLE! The climate of our Character should be stable and if it's not we have to fix IT!
