Tom Popper is a thought-leader, visionary, and Former President of insightCuba. When he was president of insightCuba, Tom was recognized for his talent in arranging legal travel to Cuba for Americans. Due to his experience with managing US-Cuba tourism, Tom worked with various regulatory and policy experts, especially with the US Department of Treasury and Office of Foreign Assets Control. His experience led him to being a guest on multiple shows and quoted by newspapers and travel magazines. Tom specializes in brand management, marketing, public relations, government affairs, and crisis management. He is currently working on a new company called 82° West Consultants and is currently serving as their CEO.
