Most of the time I do have sleepless nights , it also a norm to be awake or what I call the nightwatchman era , just to be mindful there could be an emergency late at night. So , sleeping at night sometimes becomes difficult because my parents are no longer young. Occasionally , I have to carry my young ones on my back during emergencies, even going without a slippers being put on, sometimes due to the intense level of anxiety phones are left at home, most of the times I have to jump the estate gates, or beg the security personnel on duty.
