Hellos, buenos dias or noches — we are De Jure Ain't De Facto podcast with Yoana and Kesler!
We speak three languages: Spanish, English, and Facts.
Our mission is to create an open friendly environment for civil discourse through our podcast. We hope to educate the public about state and federal U.S. laws, statues, court cases, history, etc. in hope to learn the de facto of history ;) Moreover, day by day we strive to learn more Latin in front of the public through our Latin Legal Term of the Day.
For those who don't know, "de jure" means the law and "de facto" means the matter of fact... AKA our podcast is "the law ain't the fact!"Rate and review us on the Apple Podcast app!
