Dr. Rashmi Mantri is the Founder and President at UK-based British Youth International College. Dr. Rashmi has been through a victorious journey of 5 years in the UK, USA, Australia, and UAE, and now all set to put her foot forward with her creative concept in India as well. In 2015, she came up with an idea to let students learn through fun and curb the fear of mathematics forever. BYITC is highly dedicated to teaching children of multiple age groups starting from 4 to 17 years old invaluable skills in different areas such as Abacus, English, and Coding via e-learning through their online software.

Dr. Rashmi Mantri holds 15 years of dynamic experience working in the education field and believes that the world can be changed by educating youth. She is accountable for the strategic direction and ensures the company is achieving the best of its capabilities under her guidance. She is also responsible for setting up policies, business direction, future plans, and the financials of the company. CSR is executed through her initiative called BYITC Inventors, which works for the non-academic and all-round development and growth of children.

Due to her immense amount of dedication and enthusiasm to bring changes in society, Dr. Rashmi Mantri received special recognition for bringing a difference in youngster’s lives from LOANI World Summit, UK. She conceptualized BYITC to bring solid solutions for existing fear of mathematics among learners and introduce a bit of fun in the learning process. Her journey started when she realized her son’s weakness with mathematical concepts, then she started teaching her son, with the help of a humble tool called Abacus. During this teaching-learning process, she had no intentions of taking it to the global level as it is in the present times.

Impressed by the outcome and after receiving inquiries and requests from parents, she then thought of accepting this as a challenge and accepted a small group of children to turn them into “Human Calculators”, the result was overwhelming, and she was invited to schools to share her skills and experience. A huge appreciation led her to accept more students and that turned out to be the beginning of British Youth International College in 2015.

Dr. Rashmi Mantri is a thorough professional with a sound academic background; she holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of West of Scotland, M.Sc. (Dist.), and B.Sc. (Hons). She plans, designs and manages the technology used in the company. She is all set to come up with a brand in India with the sole aim of helping students and the teaching fraternity in these challenging times with the help of her institution’s advanced technology and proven teaching content. She always wished to return to her roots in India and work with Indian students and educators for improving the education regime in the country.

Dr. Rashmi Mantri’s mission is to significantly invest in India to provide global quality in Abacus and English teaching and plans to add more than 2 lacs, students, through 1000 business partners in the next 2 years. Her vision is to offer employment opportunities in the Abacus and English teaching domain, and open enrollment for a teachers training program with 500 vacancies each quarter. Through BYITC, Dr. Rashmi Mantri wishes to bring revolution in the education sector by adding value and fun in learning mathematical, calculation and English skills of students across the globe.
