Once you hear the premise, you'll immediately ask, "is a show about this sustainable?" and my god is it a glorious YES! It's a funny, touching love letter to all the times we fail and muster on. Love love love it.

The host is charming and hilarious, the topics are focused (the entertainment industry) but universal (dealing with rejection), and each new episode is a joy to listen to. Even if Tom Hanks never shows up for an interview, this has been a very important podcast to me. (But I hope he does.)

Very silly listening; a good one to have in the background when you're doing stuff. The guests really make it for me. Solid 4 stars from one dead eyed person to another.

I enjoyed this way more than I originally thought I would. Don't usually go for the whole, "famous people talking to other famous people" thing, but this really didn't have that feel to it at all. It was a good mix of self deprecation from Connor, humble conversations with other actors' failures, and a stupid mystery that I can't help but want to know the answer to.The last season was a little drawn out, maybe some episodes weren't strictly necessary. However, the ending was incredibly satisfying and perfect.
