Dr Gary Mendoza is an experienced Personal Trainer and doctorate level qualified sports nutritionist and in this episode he joins me on the show to talk about getting lean.
Over the course of his personal studies he has generated a LEAN MAN SYSTEM of training that has an 86% success rate with his clients who range from athletes looking to make weight to obese individuals looking to improve their health. During the chat Gary shares more about his system and what makes it so powerful as a tool to facilitate change.
Interestingly Gary has observed that one of the key indicators of whether an individual will succeed in their plan is their mindset, leading him to incorporate this into his plan to assess his clients suitability to the program.
