I've always been a big believer in the power of words - their ability to shape our thoughts, influence our behaviours and help us better understand ourselves and the world around us.

Any lover of reading and writing would agree I'm sure, but even if you aren't either of these, I want you to know that words can be powerful tools to help you find perspective and courage in whatever situation you might be facing.
