The tiny sliver of people at the top of multilevel marketing run in the same circles. They are in the same club. They promote each other. They recommend each other. AND they are on the lookout for up incomers who have vast networks they can exploit.  On the outside, it needs to "appear" as if these people did it through hard work and determination alone. BUT is that really the case? Is it possible that in reality those plumb positions are given to people and those individuals have downlines handed to them so that they can get up on stage and rally the onlookers to keep believing in the dream?  Robert Fitzpatrick and I discuss how people get to the top.
