In honor of episode 333 we’re spinning our Top 5 Pantera Songs! It’s been 18 years since the last Pantera studio release and both Vinnie and Dime are no longer with us. But even so, the music they left behind still reverberates today.With the exception of the lesser-known “Glamtera” years, Pantera burst onto a turbulent music world. Brothers Vinnie and Darrell Abbott, Rex Brown, and Philip Anselmo lit a fire that burned bright and inspired thousands. Considering the environment, for a metal band from Texas to capture the public’s attention and unite different cliques is remarkable.
