Next in line for the make-over magic is Norelle, a third-year nursing student. For her, comfort is important and she has something summery in mind for her outfit. She doesn't like second-hand shops but when Amelia points out that her own stylish outfit comes from the Salvation Army shop, she's convinced that pre-loved garments are the way to go. Norelle wants to keep her hair the same length and is delighted by hair stylist Sharron's creation. A fantastic transformation leaves everyone happy.
