The Deep In The Knight crew hopes everyone had a safe and memorable spring break! Now that we’re all back, lets get right back into the action! This week’s episode features Anne-Caroline Verret, a 19 year old sophomore from Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Anne-Caroline made sure that she started her college experience on the right foot by getting involved! Among the myriad of organizations she’s involved with, (CSA, Club Kreyol, Golden Key National Honor Society to name a few) one that stands out in particular was her involvement with the Campus Real Life Church. As Anne-Caroline takes us deeper into her story, her big heart shines! After all, you’ve got to have a big heart to be a full time fur mom. Anne-Caroline opened up to us about the challenges she’s faced here in the United States as a young girl in a different country away from family and friends. She even gives us an interesting perspective on the Country of Haiti that isn’t typically shared by the masses. Tune in to enjoy this episode packed with laughter and plenty of “Aww’s”. It really highlights the diversity in the UCF community.
