Welcome to episode 1 of the Deeper, Please! Podcast.

In part one (1a) of this two-part episode, we sit down with Anne Sofie from Bedside Productions (https://www.bedside-productions.com/) to chat about how they're creating ethical, independent porn. Anne Sofie is an incredible advocate for sex-positivity, and our chat ranges over a number of fascinating topics. In this episode, we discuss what makes Bedside's porn ethical, the politics of porn, and how they do things differently. We also hear about how Bedside partnered with the independent designer, Oline Andersen (http://olineandersen.com/index.php/about/), to create a sex toy that is both a sculptural object to be displayed without shame and a toy specifically for women and LGBTQ+ people.

We invite our listeners to record a short confession about a sexual experience which made a profound impact on them. Your confession will be broadcast anonymously in a future episode.

It’s super easy and doesn’t require storytelling experience or technical knowhow. You can record it on your phone, tablet or computer (preferably using a headset and the memo app for best sound quality) and send it to us using https://wetransfer.com/ to [email protected] (Protonmail is safe and E2E encrypted). Your recording should start with “I have a confession to make…”. We'll do the rest. 

All names should be changed to protect people’s identities.

Please write “CONFESSION” in the subject line.

When we receive your confession, we’ll send you a confirmation.

It doesn’t have to be wild and kinky (it can be, of course!). The main criteria for the confession is how a sexual experience affected and/or changed you in some important way.

We will treat your confession confidentially and you can choose a cover name or we can make one up for you.

We welcome confessions from people of all ages, ethnicities, genders, and sexualities.

UPDATE (14/08/2020): Anne Sofie has informed us since the recording that their porn is no longer free. You can however stream it by paying either a one-off fee of €4 for 24-hour access or a recurring monthly fee of €3 for unlimited access. A very fair price for ethical porn, we think.
