Jeynelle is speaking to us about her son Tyler, his death in 2017 and the pursuit of legislative change for crimes involving motor vehicles. Tyler was killed when a car struck him whilst he was riding his bike in Winchelsea. The driver did not stop when he hit and killed Tyler.
