Why spend precious time learning to comprehend something that's seemingly so minute to the business, especially when there are other options (channels) - that are easier to grasp?

If the option is to make a decision with the familiar, or to make one with the unfamiliar, surely the route via the known, known is better than the unknown? Yet, to key decision-makers, we often speak in SEO terms and expect them to be onside with the unfamiliar - regardless of the frustrations they experience.

Surely, there's a better way. Surely, we can minimise (or remove) the frustrations? Surely, when it comes to communicating with key decision-makers, there's an alternative to 'speaking SEO'.
