She has the heart of a teacher and wants to assist other practice owners on their journey. With a career spanning more than four decades, Kimberly Lucas has witnessed dentistry evolve and transform. Her extensive experience, starting as a dental assistant in 1983, has taken her through various roles, including dental office management, teaching and coaching. Kimberly is not just an expert in dental practice management but also a dedicated coach and consultant.
