Mirror, mirror on the wall, are you the cleanest of them all? This week, join me as we start with the men and women in the mirror! So often, we "check" ourselves through a faulty lens, not allowing for a true and sincere depiction of ourselves to be seen. Some call it denial, some call it hypocrisy, some say "ignorance is bliss", but who knows YOU better than you? In order to truly look at ourselves in the mirror, the mirror first has to be clean so it can portray us accurately. And that clear, raw, honest version of "you" can be scary to face. It's tough, but so necessary on a journey to wholeness and authenticity. This week, let's clean that dirty mirror first, then work on changing our ways.
