As we close out Black History Month today, I am excited to share this powerful and relevant conversation about race and equity from the perspective of "allyship". My good friend John Crossman is one of OUR community's biggest advocates and fights on the front lines from the "other side" to bring about greater equity, awareness, solution, and understanding for minorities who are most times underrepresented, underappreciated, and under-supported. The fight to end racism, inequality, and intolerance come through uncomfortable conversations, genuine accountability, inconvenient sacrifices, and sheer humility.
