Since we are in our new year, that means its a new year to challenge ourselves and to get out of our comfort zones. Instead of just setting new years resolutions that most people have a hard time sticking to by the end of the month. Why don’t you try to think of goals you want to achieve this year and think of things that will actually challenge you to be a better version of yourself than you are. The important part of goal planning and creating new challenges for yourself isn’t just about making millions of dollars, or to stress yourself out with a list of all these desires. The purpose of having goals and planning them out strategically is to help you to grow as a person, to get more educated, be ambitious, to help push you to put yourself in new situations, get out of your comfort zone, and just look at how you can have more of the joys you want in your life now because life is happening now.
