Part 1 of a 2-Part Episode

Shani is a single mom who works full time from home while raising her active 6-year-old daughter. Shani’s faced more than her share of challenges with the recent death of her best friend and now moving her disabled mom into the home she shares with her daughter. While she owns a two bedroom home in Los Angeles, Shani finds herself spending most of her time in her bedroom, whether it’s at her desk in the corner, watching TV with her daughter or crashing on her bed after a busy day.
