On this episode, Parker, a 20 year old college student studying at NC State, opens up about his struggles with confidence... over confidence to be exact. 

He explains how his high school mindset led to loneliness and a lack of fulfillment even though he was involved in school clubs and surrounded himself with peers and classmates regularly. Parker walks us through a few ways his mindset has shifted towards finding a healthy balance between pursuing passion, personal growth, and self reflection.
