Post–traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental health condition that’s triggered by a terrifying event — either experiencing it or witnessing it. Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares and severe anxiety, as well as uncontrollable thoughts about the event. Well, it’s much more than that and it does not define you a little inch of your body, mind and spirit. This weekly podcast will share coping techniques and my journey through a personal transformation in the aftermath of surreal and tragic events occured in between 2015 and 2017. At that time I was hotel assistant in Paris for a global company. The purpose of my presence on social media is to spread PTSD awareness and burnout/suicide prevention. You will learn mindfulness technique by french psychiatrist Christophe André, and learning tips on how to be more resilient with philosopher and neuropsychiatrist Boris Cyrulnik. "Diana" supports and collaborates with first-responders and combat veterans who struggle everyday behind the badge.
