Diasporadic, hosted by shayee is a monthly collection of songs capturing Seyi (shayee) Adeyinka’s experience exploring the Brooklyn electronic music scene and its connection to her Nigerian American heritage. Her show examines the African diasporic roots of house and techno music and the evolution and mixing of electronic music with other musical genres over time. In her daily life, Seyi is a medical student and public health researcher.
