Digital Broadcast Initiative, Equal Access (DBI EA) is a nonprofit, nongovernment organization established in February 2004. DBI-EA 's initiative focuses on informing, educating and inspiring the most underserved communities with critically needed information using 'Communication for Development' strategy.
