Excellent coverage of an under discussed disaster

I discovered this podcast while reading about disasters on reddit. My first entry into this podcast was with the Hyatt Regency Fire in Kansas City, Missouri. As a civics teacher, I plan to incorporate disasters into my lessons on local government and their responsibilities and obligations. I believe that this podcast is done in a factual and professional way without going sensational or taking the other extreme of being monotone. I fell into this podcast rabbit hole over winter break and I believe that those hours were time well spent! This episode, in my opinion, deserves kudos for making the most of the limited material available. Thank you and happy 2021!
