We join you via phone call to lay out the platform for this month's fitness challenge. The challenge will go as this; for every 10 reps of push-ups, leg lifts, squats, and any other gym exercise, you'll receive one point. For every 15 minute interval of cardiovascular activities such as swimming, running, biking you will receive five points. This is on an honor system, so all of your points that you accumulate are strictly based on your honor, and participation.
