Gerry Marzilli is the founder and owner of Safety Coach with over three decades of experience in manufacturing safety and leadership positions in the manufacturing safety community.  Gerry founded Safety Coach to serve as a safety leadership consultant and trainer after retiring from Toray Plastics America.  Some of his qualification and experience includes
