In the first episode of Disquieted Life, Emma talks to the psychoanalyst Adam Phillips about mental health and the ideas of the physician and writer Sigmund Freud.

‘Medicine is not a good model for so-called mental health, because there isn’t something really called mental health, people are more or less unhappy, more or less troubled, more or less feel their lives are not their own. And that needs to be addressed.’
