Cathy O’Brien is an internationally recognized US Government Whistleblower and probably the world’s most well known survivor of MK Ultra mind control.

As a young child Cathy was sold by her sexually abusive father into Project Monarch, a sub-project of secret CIA sponsored MK Ultra mind control experiments, where she was sexually abused and trafficked at a White House level, spanning multiple administrations.  

After decades of abuse by some of the world’s most well known elite politicians, Cathy and her daughter, who was born into the nefarious program, were fortunate enough to have been covertly rescued from their enslavement by a fearless US Government Intelligence insider, named Mark Phillips.

Mark hid Cathy and her daughter, helping both of them to heal from their traumatizing mind control abuse.

Through this process Mark and Cathy became soulmates and motivated justice pursuing activists. 

They traveled the world together educating people about illegal secret mind control projects and their horrible effects on victims, they testified before a United States Congressional Intelligence Oversight committee, only to have their testimony sealed for reasons of National Security, and they authored three books, titled; ACCESS DENIED For Reasons Of National Security, PTSD: Time To Heal and TRANCE Formation of America.

Cathy’s story is also told in a beautifully produced, powerful documentary titled Trance.

Though Mark passed away in 2017, Cathy continues to shed light on the evil darkness of the New World Order’s mind control, pedophile promoting agenda.

Cathy’s life story, is a story of unspeakable abuse, heroic rescue, deep healing, awe-inspiring survival, laser focused activism and everlasting love.
