#57 In this episode I talk about 7 list I use to market for wholesaling deals.  There are several other list you can use but these are just a few to start with.  Marketing is the lifeblood of your business.    We are problem solvers. The more problems you solve the better your closing ratio will increase.  The only way to increase that ratio is having a good lead machine bringing in consistent motivated leads from several different list.
