#67 In is this week episode I interviewed TJ Kosen founder of Sherlock Houses. Sherlock Houses is a family run business that believes in providing Outstanding Customer Service and Community Outreach. TJ and his wife Sarah   live in Dallas TX and have collectively been in Real Estate for over 15 years.  They have bought hundreds of units across 4 states.  They not only love Real Estate – in general – but they are passionate about helping people with their real estate needs.  As active members in their local community and church, Sara. and TJ.

Experienced in all aspects of real estate from acquisition through renovation, management and sales. They have owned and managed renovation projects from 1 unit to over 100 units.
